We are a rural B&B on the Lymington Keyhaven Nature Reserve.Our well loved home offers relaxed informality and all of our beautiful en-suite rooms have a view..... overlooking our own wild meadow! Yes,we cook great breakfasts...and only to order ! We've also got more than ample off road parking.The Sea walls (and tidal lagoons,excellent for bird watching) of the saltmarshes,link Lymington river estuary (town quay and Isle of Wight ferry) to picturesque Keyhaven harbour (ferry trips) offering level walking and cycle tracks and unobscured panoramic views of the Solent,Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle.
Lymington town(Saturday market) with excellent shops and eateries is 1 mile away.As a bonus we do have a great country pub a field away ! Sorry no Children or pets.

Head out of Lymington on the A337 West…after half a mile (at White Hart Inn) take first exit left on Pennington Roundabout… then turn right immediately into Lower Pennington Lane.Travel half a mile,first passing Oakhaven Hospice and then Sadlers Farm…continue for 60 yds and you've arrived ! We're on the right...you can't miss us.
