Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding our bed and breakfast. We are situated in Lyndhurst the capital of The New Forest. Rosedale is in a quiet location and has ample parking at the front of the property. we are ideally positioned for all of the village amenities ,all of which can be reached in 2/3 mins walk from our back garden gate ,an ideal way to explore the forest by walking ,cycling ,open top bus (summer season) or by car, the coast is approx 14 miles away .

Rosedale has two rooms our Rose suite is a double/family room bath en suite, there is a king size bed, a set of full size bunk beds and a cot if needed. Our Dale room is a shower en suite super king size bed that can be made into twin beds if needed. All rooms have colour television, hair dryer and beverage making facilities.

We serve breakfast up to 9am and Jenny is very proud to offer The New Forest breakfast (the ingredients are all produced in the forest) evening meals can be catered for by arrangement.

We look forward to meeting our guests any time after 4pm on day of arrival., If you need to arrive earlier for weddings etc we suggest you take a two night booking, as your room will not be ready, you must vacate your room on morning of departure by 10 am to enable us to clean the room thoroughly ready for our next guests.

Rosedale is inspected by the tourist board and we are a 3 star establishment.

Leave the M27 at junction 1 and follow the signs to Lyndhurst.
Arrive at the traffic lights in Lyndhurst, turn left or go down the High Street and turn right at the bottom into Gosport Lane and take the 2nd turning on the right (this is Shaggs Meadow) and go towards the end. Rosedale is on the right with plenty of parking space.
