Maryland Court is a modern, spacious, ground floor sea front apartment with a large car park at the rear of the building. It has gas fired central heating and constant hot water is provided.

The accommodation which is suitable for a maximum of 4 people comprises:
Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. A large south facing lounge and dining area, with patio doors to the balcony, overlooking the garden. A fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. A large bathroom with a corner bath fitted with mixer taps and shower, as well as a separate power shower cubicle.

From Lyndhurst take A337 to Lymington. Continue through Lymington on A337 towards New Milton. At Everton, turn left onto B3058 to Milford on Sea. Continue through village on B3058 onto Cliff Road.
