New Forest On and Off Shore - 200km (125miles)
This event starts with coffee on the Isle of Wight ferry to Yarmouth. A short warm up to the Needles, then a complete Island End-to-End to Bembridge lifeboat station before returning to Yarmouth. Back on the mainland cycle through the heart of the New Forest and across the Avon Valley before returning along the coast with views of the Isle of Wight and the morning’s stages of the route.


Suitable for:
Adults and older teenagers. You are a regular experienced cyclist. If you have not ridden this distance before you will have taken part in a 100km or 100mile cycle event, or similar distance 'Sportive' or charity ride, and be prepared to put in some pre-event training to step up to a new challenge. You will have the re-assurance of riding with experienced cyclists who have done it before.

Entry fee: £17 postal / £18 on-line
(+ £2 temporary membership fee, if you are not a member of AUK or CTC)
Includes: Return ferry ticket, Route sheet, brevet card, car park permit (for pre-booked entries), refreshments at the finish and AUK validation fee
Medal (£2.50) or cloth badge (£2) available for successful finishers
