At Beaulieu we offer conference and meeting facilities in a relaxed atmosphere.

Why not incorporate business with pleasure by offering your guests a chance to look at The National Motor Museum.

Our purpose-built Lecture Theatre seats up to 220 guests. With a full range of projection facilities including Wi-Fi, it is the ideal setting for a presentation or conference.

The foyer of the Theatre is available for refreshments or light buffets or your guests can enjoy lunch in the Terrace Room, the private section of our main restaurant.

Our Day Delegate Rate includes the following: Room Hire, Tea, Coffee and Danish Pastries on arrival
Mid morning Tea, Coffee and Continental Biscuits, Light Buffet Lunch in the Terrace Room, Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Cake and Entrance to the National Motor Museum.

For smaller meetings we also have The Hartford Suite, which can accommodate up to 30 delegates or the Reading Room for groups of up to 15.
