Fernbrake is a delightful home set in the New Forest National Park. A leisurely walk out of our gate leads to Setley Pond and the surrounding heathland. An ideal location for walking, cycling, horse riding or just relaxing. We are within walking distance of two pubs. Brockenhurst and Lymington are only two miles away.
We offer three en suite rooms overlooking the southerly garden. Breakfast is served in our south facing dining room - a selection off the buffet table, followed by a cooked breakfast of your choice.

Fernbrake can be reached very easily from the A337 Lymington Road. Travelling from Brockenhurst towards Lymington on the A337, you will pass the Shiny Hand Carwash on your left-hand side. Directly after this there is a right-hand turn sign posted to Burley. Take this road, pass over a cattle grid and immediately take the forest brook on your left . This is Coxhill and Fernbrake is the second property along.

By public transport, take Southwest Train to Brockenhurst and from Brockenhurst station cross the road to the College where the bus service 56 and 56A can be collected. This bus passes along the route as described above and visitors should disembark the bus at the stop of the Hobbler Pub. Visitors should then take the road to Burley and again after the cattle grid Coxhill is the first gravel track on the left.
