Award winning and superbly located 4* Gold cottage with everything you could want.

Just 3 minutes from The New Forest National Park, River, Quay, Sea, Isle of Wight Ferry and High Street (1/2 mile) with its many lovely restaurants, shops and famous Saturday Market.

Double bedroom upstairs (en suite bathroom) with LCD DVD combi TV Twin bedroom downstairs (en suite shower room), living room with dining table and 4 chairs, digital LCD DVD combi television, radio/CD/cassette player. The fully-fitted kitchen has a gas/electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing/drying machine. Outside is a small lawn with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ. Provisions for first breakfast upon request.

Rate includes everything: gas, electricity, wi-fi, towels and linen, with the beds made up ready for you. Winter lets by arrangement.

Take the M27 to Junction one - then take A31 signposted to Lyndhurst. Get into right lane and at roundabout take 3rd exit, A337 (Lyndhurst). Follow A337 left and right through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst to Lymington. Go straight across 2 roundabouts, remaining on A337. Take first road on left (opposite Tollhouse Inn) Lower Buckland Road. Pass Buckland Dene and Hollywood Lane on your right. Silkhouse is the 3rd house on your right, No 77, and Silk Cottage is attached. Please drive in.
