For business our three conference rooms make Passford the ideal location. Every great conference needs the right setting, good access and a great atmosphere. Located close to Southampton but only a stone’s throw from London we believe that we can provide a tranquil environment to help ensure the decisions you make are the right ones! Our event spaces can be arranged in Board Room, Class Room or Theatre style formations and accommodate conferences of up to 80 delegates. For weddings and other events, whether you’re looking for an exclusive gathering or a larger celebration, we can help make your dreams come true. Licensed to hold both traditional and modern civil ceremonies Passford has a magical quality to it that you won't find elsewhere. Strolling through the Monet Meadow, sipping champagne and having photos on the terrace, where better to spend a truly memorable day? Well behaved dogs are welcome on request in our ground floor rooms at a charge of £10.00 per dog per night. Children under the age of five are not permitted in the Terrace restaurant after 7.00pm, however we do serve High Tea for children between 5.30pm and 6.30pm in the Terrace restaurant, lounges or bedroom. Children sharing a room with their parents are charged at £10.00 per cot per night and £20.00 per extra bed per night, inclusive of bed and breakfast. Children welcome from any age.
