Two detached, very individual, beautifully maintained and equipped cottages on our farm. Both have two bedrooms, full gas central heating, ground level accommodation, digital TV's with Freeview, open plan living with home entertainments, family videos or DVDs, books, games, radio/cd/cassette, free Wi-Fi and, furnished sunny patios with BBQ's perfect for dining alfresco or relaxing on the lounges.

Forester's 4 Star offers country charm and quality with the original 200 year old Cob Walls and vaulted timber ceilings. The modern kitchen is well equipped and maintained, including a dishwasher, fitted hob and electric oven, microwave, washer-dryer and fridge-freezer. Two bedrooms each with pretty floral linen, digital TV and en-suite shower, wc and handbasin, sleep 4 + cot.

Keeper's 5 Star, has been developed to high specification, the view across fields is a favourite for deer, pheasants and a variety of wildlife. The modern interior has reclining sofas and the fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 + cot, each with fitted furnishings and digital TV's. The super-king double can be converted to full size twins if required the en-suite has shower, hand-basin and WC. The large twin bedroom can have a full size extra single bed, if required. A fifth person supplement of £10 per night would be payable. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand-basin and WC.

Full c/h, gas, electricity, linen, towels, free wi-fi, are included in both cottages with beds freshly made for your arrival. No meters or security deposit.

The locality, between forest, open countryside and the coast, offers excellent cycling, walking, horse riding, water-sports, adventure playground, tree-top trail and a wealth of country pursuits, special sights and events.

An abundance of good food is available from farmers markets, organic outlets, local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Open all year. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement.
