New Forest Breakfast
The New Forest Breakfast is made up of at least three items from local produce, free range and in many cases organic. It was developed by top new forest chefs and is now being served at hotels, bed and breakfasts and attractions throughout the New Forest. It consists of New Forest Marque ingredients any of the following which can be bought locally, eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and even bread that has been made using wheat that has been grown, milled and then baked here within the forest. The breakfast has been produced to a very high standard & helps support small-scale local producers, the local economy and provides a high quality locally distinctive product to both visitors and residents.

The environmental benefits are clear to see, by reducing food miles, Co2 emissions are minimised and the traditional agricultural methods employed help support wildlife and improve animal welfare. By choosing the New Forest Breakfast, you are making a very positive step towards a more sustainable tourism industry. Now available for veggies! The New Forest Marque Vegetarian Breakfast created by Chris Wheeldon from Carey's Manor Hotel and Senspa. The veggie breakfast is Eggs Benedict with a forest twist! A wholemeal crumpet, topped with spinach, smoked cheese, poached egg and finished with hollandaise sauce, yum! The New Forest Vegetarian Breakfast is currently being served at Carey's Manor Hotel and Senspa and Cottage Lodge.
