The apartment is exceptionally well equipped throughout. The fitted kitchen has a dish washer, washing machine, fridge, electric oven/hob whilst the bathroom has both a bath and walk in shower.

The sitting room has a sofa, two armchairs, dining table in the south facing bay window overlooking the garden, a large flat screen plasma TV with all free view channels, DVD player, radio and CD player. There is also a selection of books, games and suggested local walks. The sunny patio has tables and chairs.
Included in the weekly rate are all utilities, cotton sheets, duvet, towels and alocal town/village car park permit. Parking is directly outside the flat

The gound floor flat is ideally located on a quiet leafy lane opposite the 900 year old church. The village is just a three minute stroll, the beach is less than a mile away (10 minute walk) and picturesqure Keyhaven with all its sailing boats and ferry to Hurst Castle and Yarmouth is 2 miles away. Alternatively all the attractions of the New Forest are within a short drive.

From Lyndhurst pick up the A337 heading south towards Brockenhurst, then Lymington and on to Everton where you turn left to Milford on Sea (B3058). Drive into the village and turn right at the cross roads at the top of the village green into Church Hill. Old Walls is a long brick building directly on the road opposite the Church. If approaching from New Milton direction - follow A337 into Milford on Sea and then turn left at the cross roads at the top of the village green.
