Take the M3/M27 west.
Exit at Junction 1 onto the A337 to Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Lymington. Shortly before Lymington town centre, turn left, following the signs to the Isle of Wight Ferry.
Pass the ferry terminal. Elmers Court is 200 yards along on the right.
