Many of our eating places are proud to carry the New Forest Marque, indicating that the produce they use has been sourced locally and sustainably. And many of our eating places make full use of the New Forest’s natural larder, using fish, game from within our borders, and local specialities, such as the pork from our unique, roaming Pannage pigs.
