Netley Marsh Steam & Craft Show
A three day event with traction steam engines and a wide and varied range of vintage vehicles and engines, added to which there is always a wide range of entertainments for all ages.
A daily activity in the main arena will be a demonstration of gun dog training by Nick Gregory, the resident trainer at Hamptworth Estate (Salisbury). The demonstration will explain the working ethics, capabilities and training from the pups to the young working dogs. Nick was responsible for training the Champion Cocker Spaniel in 2009, plus parades of vintage vehicles.
In the small arena The Wessex Bird of Prey Rescue Team will be on site for the weekend with a selection of birds and stories, giving wonderful displays of flying and natural activities. Fair Oak Dog Display Team, one of our all time favourites showing off their obedience and handling skills.
