From Junction 2 of M27 follow A326 to Fawley. Proceed straight ahead over 5 roundabouts, at 6th roundabout take 3rd left, B3054 to Beaulieu. Continue through Beaulieu still on B3054. At junction with B3056 bear right following directions to Brockenhurst (B3055). At the next junction with B3054 to Lymington, ( adjacent to Hatchet Pond) turn sharp right into Furzey Lane. Mares Tails Cottage is a little way along on right hand side.
