Double bedroom upstairs with TV, hairdryer and en suite bath/shower room. Living room with double sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs, digital LCD DVD combi television, radio/CD/cassette player. Open plan kitchen with stunning granite worktops, gas/electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Centrally heated and double glazed. No smoking or pets inside. Take M27 to junction 1 then take the A337 signposted to Lyndhurst. Follow the A337 through Lyndhurst and head to Brockenhurst and Lymington. Go straight across 2 roundabouts remaining on the A337. Take the first road on the left opposite the Tollhouse Inn - Lower Buckland Road. Pass Buckland Dene and Hollywood Lane on your right. Silkhouse is the is the third house on your right, number 77 and Lace Cottage is attached. Please drive in.
