From M27 junction 1 take A337 to Lyndhurst; follow A337 to Brockenhurst and Lymington. Upon entering Lymington; go straight over the roundabout and under the bridge leaving Somerfield service station on your left, at the second roundabout go straight on, up the hill and take first left opposite the pub Tollhouse Inn - Lower Buckland Road. Follow road until you go uphill on bend, taking left turning called Ellery Grove (opposite May Avenue) then first left (William Road) and immediately right (Clinton Road).
