Only completed in 2008 this traditionally styled house was carefully designed to fit into a conservation area surrounded by grade 2 listed buildings. Specially ordered bricks and tiles, serpentine wall, cedar cladding and a well laid out garden all ensure the house adds to the character of this special area of Milford village.

Inside Mulberry Barn has a modern and contemporary design, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a bar with stools to have that evening drink, a modern kitchen with a wide range of facilities, special lighting effects, and a large south facing terrace to enjoy a bbq.

Up the open tread oak staircase are two generous bedrooms each with designer inspired bathrooms. The master bedroom has fine views over Christchurch Bay and the Isle of Wight.

Central heating is by gas although the wood burning stove in the living area also distributes its heat around the house. Solar panels augment the hot water supply.

From Lyndhurst pick up the A337 heading south towards Brockenhurst, then Lymington and on to Everton where you turn left to Milford-on-sea on the B3058. Drive into the village and turn right at the cross roads at the top of the village green in to Church Hill. Mulberry barn is 100 yards on the right - after the turning into Milford Court.

If approaching from New Milton direction follow A337 in to Milford and turn left at the cross roads at the top of the village green.
