The New Forest & Hampshire County Show is the highlight of The New Forest and Hampshire’s
social calendar featuring all the attractions that have made it so popular for the best part of a century, bringing traditional country pursuits, new exhibitions and demonstrations to this unique event.
The main events for 2008 are Mr Christian Moullec and his Amazing Flying Geese and the ever popular Shetland Pony Grand National. Both of these attractions will be performing in the Main Ring on all 3 days
After the success of last year The David Beckham Football Academy is back at The New Forest Show offering children the opportunity to attend a football skills training session at the show. Places need to be booked on the day, so come early to avoid disappointment.
See the stars of today and tomorrow compete in Europe and International Show Jumping Competitions. Plus The Knightwood Challenge where local New Forest Ponies take on the Show Jumpers!
Support the Year of Food and Farming by trying and buying some delicious local produce from the Food Tent as well as enjoying some local tipple in The Ringwood Beer Tent.
Shop 'till you drop with hundreds of stands spreading across the New Forest show ground from clothing to handmade crafts just make sure you have some comfortable shoes on to get the most out of this unique shopping experience.
There is a full range of horse and livestock competitions. The New Forest Show also has a special children’s area, with all day entertainment. Demonstrations of rural sports, plus ferret and terrier racing where you can even enter your own terrier! Other favorites include a wonderful flower show and The Southern National Vegetable Association Championships.
With so much going on you will find that one day is just not enough!

Disabled Visitors
Attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted to the New Forest Show ground free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer.

There is a disabled car park it is located next to the Showground and is available to cars displaying a blue disabled badge provided by the county council.

During the show a pay-as-you-go shuttle bus operates between Brockenhurst station and the Show ground.
