Six courses will be presented at the Game evening at Beresford’s. But when you consider that New Forest game comprises three types of venison, partridge, pheasant and pigeon, rabbit and hare, it’s no wonder they need plenty of opportunity to pack in as much variety as possible.
The evening at this historic New Forest hotel – it was visited during World War I by King George V - will begin with a reception drink and different wines to accompany each course, all introduced and explained. Live music comes courtesy of Beresford’s resident pianist on the Baby Grand.
