Charcuterie has become a success story - created by a group of artisans, resulting in produce which can rival the best in the world.

headline event
Smokehouse Dinner - 31 Oct 7.30pm - £65

There’s not much that Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder, of Hartnett Holder & Co, don’t know about meat and fish and how to cure it; whether it’s loin of pork cured with lavender, or salmon prepared in their very own smokehouse.

They’re experimenting all the time – but what else would you expect from Angela Hartnett, who trained under Gordon Ramsay and is one of the UK’s most respected female chefs?

Each of the three courses in this headline event features home-cured and smoked meats or salmon from HH&Co's very own Smokehouse, done in the Italian style for which this restaurant has become justly renowned.

Chocolate by Miss Witt

Kerry Witt is a chocolatier who creates chocolates with a unique ganache using specialist chocolate and Hildon Water. This technique allows the taste of the different cacao beans to come through which results in a purer tasting chocolate when eating her chocolates.

This enhances the chocolate, and it magically becomes clear and light, giving it a beautiful texture that takes your taste buds onto discovery of taste each time you indulge.

The full range of Chocolate by Miss Witt is available to buy from her ‘Pop Up Shop' every Saturday at Lymington Market in the New Forest, and by request online. At the Market there are many samples of Miss Witt's delicious creations that you can try to indulge your taste buds.
