The New Forest boasts one of the UK’s greatest and most diverse natural larders.
This evening, with its six-course tasting menu with a focus on foraged foods, aims to bridge the knowledge gap, with a talk by guest speaker Peter Sibley from Forest Foragers.
The evening begins with a glass of Prosecco and aims to showcase the best of Forest food.

Nestled in the midst of the New Forest National Park, surrounded by ancient woodland and wildlife, The Bell Inn is an 18th century coaching inn, privately owned by the same family for all its history where you can eat, sleep and play.
Their authentic Grade II listed building boasts age-old rustic charm with flagstone floors, large open fireplaces and beamed reception rooms humbly mixed with countrified-chic trimmings - a respectful, 'flat-capped nod' to the old and the new.

On Friday 4th November we will be hosting a Foraging Cocktail Demonstration from Jen Williams of Naked Jams. Jen will take you through the story and history of cocktail making using locally foraged fruit syrups to produce some delicious cocktails and mocktails. We will provide canapes using foraged produce.
The evening will be finished off with our delicious Shoot Dinner.
