Head chef Matthew Tomkinson creates a seasonal and enticing menu capturing a delicious and exciting range of flavours, textures and aromas.
A culmination of mouth-watering signature dishes across six courses will be combined with wines selected by the sommelier for guests to Sip and Savour.
But don’t expect a menu. To preserve the element of surprise, dishes and their unique drinks pairings will be described to the guests as they are served.

Dancing Cows is a craft distillery and brewery just outside Lymington and, they claim, they’re on a mission to excite your senses.
They craft beers and malt liquors made with local barley - and infuse gins, rums and vodkas with fresh seasonal botanicals, fruits and flowers.
Distillery and brewery tours and tastings are being held on Tuesday 1st November, Friday 4th November and Saturday 5th November.
On Thursday 3rd November they are launching the first ever Lymington Cocktail challenge in conjunction with traditional pub, Thomas Trip.

New Forest Cider, Burley
Traditional cider using apples from the Forest.
New Forest Cider is made in the traditional way using English apples from their own orchards. A full juice, draught cider it’s free from artificial colourings and preservatives and totally delicious.
Look for the cider barrel by the post office in the village of Burley and follow the directions to find the home of New Forest Cider. There you can try the unpasteurised, real cider poured straight from the barrels.
There’s usually dry, medium and sweet, Kingston Black and Perry as well as a selection of bottled ciders including Cider Bouche and the very popular Champagne method Cider.
Ringwood Brewery, Ringwood

Beer has been brewed in Ringwood for centuries - ever since medieval man first mixed the crystal water of the River Avon with the malted barley harvested from the fertile fields of Hampshire. The market town was a magnet for merchants who needed their thirst slaked before getting down to business.
Ringwood Brewery was founded by Peter Austin in 1978, revered as "the father of British Micro-brewing". Today the brewery is capable of producing 40,000 barrels of its renowned and distinctive beers.
A list of stockists is available on the Brewery website, but they have their own shop and host brewery tours as well.
