Arrive at the Hall for 2.00pm where a glass of bubbles awaits and sets the scene for the indulgent and relaxing afternoon ahead!

A Chocolista (from Hotel Chocolat none the less!) will be ready to greet you and divulge the secrets and history behind the nations much loved treat, whilst you sample a selection of hand-picked varieties.

With a nod to all things floral, the Hall will be dressed in its Sunday best, and the tempting talk will be followed by the High Tea from The Ginger Catering Company – showcasing the newest talent from in-demand caterers.

As well as an afternoon of edible treats, we will be hosting an auction whereby guests will be invited to bid on a selection of goodies, donated by local companies – all to raise money for a fantastic charity, The Murray Parish Trust.

Two multi award-winning New Forest artisans, Kerry Witt of Chocolate by Miss Witt and Jen Williams of Naked Jam, will be doing demonstrations (with tasting opportunities!) of some of their most popular recipes. There will also be delicious stocking fillers to take home with you.

Daisybank Cottage is a Boutique B&B in an original Arts & Crafts house in Brockenhurst. Located in the heart of The New Forest, they are passionate about supporting the great selection of local producers on their doorstep. Some of these will be sharing the secrets of their craft at Daisybank during the New Forest Food & Drink Festival.

A 2½ hour chocolate making workshop where Kerry Witt of the award-winning ‘Miss Witt Chocolate’ will demonstrate and teach techniques to make simple chocolate delights.

Hosted by Herbert William Kitchens, guests will take part in a very informal, fun and messy evening, and make their own chocolates to enjoy at home. A light supper and a glass of wine is included

Extraordinary marshmallows from Harley Sweet

Madeleine Harley crafts perfect marshmallows, totally unlike our pink and white childhood campfire memories.

“A fabulous marshmallow,” she explains, “should be beautifully light and fluffy, but should still have some substance, it should melt in the mouth, but shouldn't be so light that it fizzes away to nothing.”

Striking the perfect balance in texture took months of experimentation using different ingredients and methods, but Harley Sweet Marshmallow got there, and boy was it worth it!

You won't find any colourings, artificial flavourings, extracts of essences in their marshmallows. Instead they use real, pure ingredients rather than their cheaper imitations - think Madagascan vanilla bean and pure Hampshire grown peppermint oil.

They create marshmallows for the seasons, adapt well-loved flavours such as Lemon Meringue and then invent their own totally unique recipes such as the stunning Orange, Lime, & Basil.
