A luxury, autumnal celebration of all things food and Forest, this nostalgic evening will look back at 50 years of this world-renowned country house hotel. Champagne and canapés will be followed by six gloriously indulgent courses.
Executive Head Chef Luke Matthew will take guests through a historic, culinary journey of some of the most iconic dishes created by past and present chefs such as James Martin, Jean Christophe Novelli, Pierre Chevillard and Luke Matthews.
The menu includes: Twice Baked Emmenthal Cheese Soufflé; Hand-dived Scallop, Black Pudding; Wild Mushroom Gâteau, Winter Truffle, Potato Crackling, Port Reduction; Slow Roast Fillet of Beef, Caraway, Grellot Onions, Madeira Sauce; Chocolate Marquise, Toasted Hazelnuts, Coffee Anglais; and finally Coffee with Salted Caramel Macaroons.
Head Sommelier Francesco Gabriele has put together a selection of stunning wines which perfectly complement these dishes, all set against the backdrop of this beautiful restaurant and hotel.

Rosie Lea Kitchen at Setley Ridge Vineyard is hosting a three-course ‘Tastes of the New Forest’ dinner showcasing some of the very best Forest ingredients from their farm shop.
The dinner will begin by a speaker from the family-run Setley Ridge vineyard, hotfoot from their 2016 harvest.
Setley Ridge is run by Paul and Hayley Girling who grow their grapes and then produce them into a range of wines, both red and white.

The Brabazon Restaurant at The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, is offering a special three-course New Forest menu using hand-picked vegetables from the Beaulieu estate as well as other Forest Fare during Festival Week.
The Gardens of Palace House on the Beaulieu estate are home to The Victorian Kitchen Gardens, restored to their glorious 1872 layout. The garden and its century-old vine house still supply the House with seasonal vegetables, fresh fruit and flowers.
