
More Seasoning - New Forest Marque Recipe Book 2011
Following the success of our first recipe book, "Well Seasoned", we felt we had to share more delicious recipes with you. Local people turn ingredients from The New Forest into delicious products. We have three award winning cheese makers, honey and honey products, cakes, jam, chutney, seafood and fish, fruit and vegetables, wood and wool products and much much more. Many of these products find their way into local pubs, restaurants and hotels as well as farm shops, neighbourhood stores and farmers markets.
We hope you will enjoy making many of the dishes in "More Seasoning". We have tried to keep them as quick and simple as possible as we all lead busy lives and don't have hours to spend slaving over a hot stove. We also feel that uncomplicated recipes show off our delicious range of ingredients to their best.
The recipes in this book have been mixed together to highlight the delicious and unique produce of the New Forest. Each recipe is designed to combine locally produced food that is in season and that carries the coveted Forest Marque.
The New Forest Marque helps you to identify locally produced and supplied food, as well as supporting and helping to sustain and develop local producers.
Each recipe in this book has been contributed by a New Forest Marque member.
