Gas, electric, linen and towels provided. It has French doors leading to a courtyard garden with lockable gate, shed for bicycles, BBQ and garden furniture. Also private parking and internet access available. Children of all ages are welcome as are well behaved dogs.

Exit the M27 at Junction 1 and follow signs to Lyndhurst. Turn right at the next roundabout onto the A337 to Lyndhurst. As you approach Lyndhurst, you enter a 30mph and the police station is on your right. Take the first left turn into Racecourse View (Forest Point Hotel is on the corner). Drive down Racecourse View and follow around to the right and immediately left. You are now in The Custards. Rhubarb Cottage is the first house on the left opposite Clarence Road.
