Luxurious ground floor annex situated in peaceful rural location at the gateway to The New Forest. Property includes one double bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and conservatory with private courtyard garden and pond. Arrival time after 3pm; departure by 10am. Travel cot/high chair available. Sleeps 2-3.

An ideal venue for easy access to The New Forest by car, foot or by bicycle (secure storage available), books available for walks. Good road network to surrounding areas, Southampton, Winchester, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and the coast can be reached in 20-30 minutes. Local facilities, family pubs serving good food and restaurants all within short walking distance.

Walkers and cyclists are welcome, secure storage available for bikes. Horseriding is available at Burley and Brockhurst. Nearby golf courses at Bramshaw, Ower and Lyndhurst. Children welcome from any age.

From Junction 1 of the M27, take the A336 signposted to Totton. At the next roundabout (where the A337 goes to Lyndhurst), go straight across, still on the A336. As you come round the corner of the roundabout, take a small turning on the left into a lay-by, come service round, then quickly left again. Large red and white sign above the hedge. Get as far as the post office, gone too far.
