Our welcoming Edwardian built home offers a relaxing, informal stay with
light, comfortable, quality accommodation, delightful private gardens and ample off-road parking. One double room with king size bed and en-suite facilities and one twin with private bathroom. Hearty breakfasts using local produce.

Ideally located between the forest and the sea, (one mile from Lymington) Linden House offers easy access to the many attractions and enchanting natural features of this area and destinations such as Beaulieu, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole Harbour and the beautiful Purbeck Hills and coastline (and of course the Lymington ferry to the Isle of Wight).

From M27 junction 1 follow A337 through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst through Lymington and follow signs to Milford on Sea. After approximately 1 mile from Lymington turn right into South Street which is signposted to Pennington village. This becomes Ramley Road. Linden House is approximately 1 mile on the left just past Pinetops Nursery.

Notes

  • Linden House is approximately one mile from Lymington town which has a railway station and bus garage. There is a bus stop a short walk away.
    We have a gravel drive with room for three cars.
    Entry to the house is via a double glazed sliding door into a tiled porch, there is a 5 inch sill on which the door runs. This leads to the front door which has a 2 inch sill.
    The rest of the downstairs including the dining room is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen which has tiles.
    The bedrooms are on the first floor and are carpeted. The double room has an en-suit which is tiled. The twin room has a private bathroom which has lino type flooring.

    Exits:
    Main exit via front door. The kitchen has one door to the garden and one door to the other side of the house.

    There is an exit on the first floor which leads via an external stair to the garden.
    There is a further exit onto the third floor balcony via a stairway from the first floor hallway and out through double doors.
