Fungi Foray - Sunday November 2nd 2014

This walk lasts around 3 hours (very gently paced) looking at and picking edible wild fungi, cooking and preserving ideas,identifying other species, poisonous and deadly mushrooms, discussing various topics and also looking at other edible wild plants.

John Rensten teaches wild food and foraging in London, coastal foraging in Dorset and has been foraging for wild mushrooms in Hampshire for the last 15 years.
