New Forest Tourism Association

New Forest Tourism Association was formed in 1989 to work in partnership with New Forest District Council to promote the New Forest as a quality year-round holiday and business destination. Today, NFTA works closely with both the New Forest District Council, National Park Authority Forestry Commission to both promote and market the New Forest as one of the premier tourism destinations within the UK.

Notes

  • Linden House is approximately one mile from Lymington town which has a railway station and bus garage. There is a bus stop a short walk away.<br />We have a gravel drive with room for three cars.<br />Entry to the house is via a double glazed sliding door into a tiled porch, there is a 5 inch sill on which the door runs. This leads to the front door which has a 2 inch sill.<br />The rest of the downstairs including the dining room is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen which has tiles.<br />The bedrooms are on the first floor and are carpeted. The double room has an en-suit which is tiled. The twin room has a private bathroom which has lino type flooring.<br /><br />Exits:<br />Main exit via front door. The kitchen has one door to the garden and one door to the other side of the house.<br /><br />There is an exit on the first floor which leads via an external stair to the garden.<br />There is a further exit onto the third floor balcony via a stairway from the first floor hallway and out through double doors.<br />
