From Brockenhurst, take B3055 to Sway. At the first property in Sway (immediately after cattle grid), turn right into Manchester Road - 400 metre left into Middle Road. Continue along Middle Road until you get to "Village Hall" on your right. Directly opposite Village Hall is Anderwood Drive. Turn into Anderwood Drive and after 40 metres turn right into Cruse Close, keep going to the left and "Tiverton" is the last property on the left.

Arriving by train at Sway station, walk along station approach until you reach the road. Turn left and walk 80 metres to junction with butcher shop on corner, turn right into Middle Road and then right again into Anderwood Drive, then right into Cruse Close. Keep going to the left and Tiverton is the last property on the left.
