Downton Holiday Park is now part of the Shorefield Holidays family! Downton is a small, peaceful holiday park, close to the New Forest and less than five minutes drive from the beach at Milford-on-Sea. We are perfectly placed for the ideal holiday, whatever your interests and some of our caravans are even dog-friendly! The holiday park features a children's outdoor play area as well as laundry facilities. Please note that the caravans at Downton Holiday Park do not have Wi-Fi.
As the park is now operated by Shorefield Holidays, when staying here you now get access to all the facilities available next door at Shorefield Country Park, including swimming pools, restaurants and entertainment!
The New Forest, England's most famous woodland, covers 90,000 acres and as well as being a walkers paradise, has many other attractions: try the Tall Tree Walk at Rhinefield, or visit the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. Families will enjoy the many picnic areas, where you can sit and enjoy the company of wild ponies, or watch for a passing deer.
Lymington, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight are within easy reach and these places are perfect for sailing, boating, fishing, windsurfing, golf and horse riding. If you prefer to relax, simply choose a spot along one of the sandy beaches at Highcliffe and Mudeford.
We can't wait to welcome you!
