Exclusively yours to enjoy for your family holiday, celebration or corporate retreat.
Heathfield Estate is quietly situated in the New Forest National Park only a few miles from Burley, Christchurch, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Lymington. It enjoys a unique position in that in one direction you can explore and discover the beauty of the New Forest, with its country pubs and many activities such as bike riding, horse riding and walking. In the other direction, you can explore and discover the sea and beaches, where you can enjoy the blue flag beaches, coastal walks, crabbing, sailing and many water sports.
Accomodating from 2-12 guests, stay in an individual property or book both together and bring friends and/ or family together for a special celebration. Heathfield Estate consists of the 4 bedroom Heathfield Coach House and the 2 bedroom Magnolia Cottage, all set in 14 acres of New Forest National Park. Everything provided has been done with the intention of giving our guests all they may want for a luxurious, relaxing, self catering holiday. We will do whatever we can to make your stay hugely enjoyable. A complimentary welcome hamper will be awaiting you on your arrival containing milk, bread, butter, eggs, juice, and wine, along with other essential items to prepare a light snack or breakfast. There may be some regional variations.
The Coach House is truly a unique property, full of character, with exposed beams and high ceilings throughout, original arched wooden doors and a cobbled front courtyard.
Lovingly renovated to provide luxury accommodation, the generous sized sitting room with woodburning stove is the ideal place for everyone to relax in and unwind after a day exploring and discovering the beauty of the area.
The four luxurious bedrooms accommodate 8 people. Three can be arranged either as kings or twins and there is also a pull out bed suitable for a child. There are four bath/shower rooms, three of which are en suite.
The large kitchen/dining room has a table seating ten people (extra table available), ideal for relaxing family, group and celebratory meals. It is fully equipped with granite worktops, dishwasher, two ovens, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils. Three sets of doors open up onto both the lawned garden and the cobbled courtyard.
Three private garden areas allow you to follow the sun all day. A lovely south facing lawn with beautiful views over the estate garden, a walled garden and also a cobbled courtyard ideal for al fresco dining in the evening – all perfect places to socialize, relax, unwind and have fun.

Magnolia Cottage is a cosy, luxurious, two bedroom cottage with spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen. It is next to the Coach House but is completely private with its own gardens and terraces (front and back) for breakfast in the morning sun and al fresco dining in the evening.
The sitting/dining room is on two levels perfect for relaxing and socializing and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. Both the kitchen and the living room open up onto a south facing terrace and garden.
Both bedrooms are en suite and can be made up as kings or twins.
