In Minstead, a small village close to Lyndhurst the Capital of the New Forest and easily accessible from the A31.

Beautiful quiet location in the heart of the New Forest National Park and ideal base for walking, cycling and bird watching. Within easy access of south coast, Southampton, Bournemouth, Winchester and Salisbury. Village shop with tea garden, pub with restaurant and Furzey Gardens all within walking distance.

Spacious 1 bedroom but property sleeps 4 (sofa bed), fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, dishwasher, dining room, large shower room and lounge with sofa bed and LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player, WiFi and CD/radio.

Bed linen, duvets and towels provided. Off road parking and use of garden. Dogs accepted by arrangement and children of all ages accepted, but no cot facilities available.

Arrivals from 3pm onwards. Departures by 10am.
