outside moorhill house hotel in the new forest

Nestled in the woods, Moorhill House Hotel is affectionately known as the village hideaway in the New Forest and is located just minutes from the picturesque village of Burley. Popular with walkers and cyclists alike, there’s miles of off-road tracks just waiting to be explored and boutique shops just a short stroll into the village where ponies and cattle roam freely.

Perfect for relaxing breaks, long or short, comfortable bedrooms with classic country-style décor, an indoor pool, cosy lounges and beautiful gardens create a feeling of peace and tranquillity. Many of the bedrooms boast views over the hotel gardens and woodlands, where it’s not uncommon to spot free roaming ponies and deer.

Focussing on British comfort cooking and homely recipes, the AA Rosette-awarded restaurant focusses on British comfort cooking and homely recipes, offering a menu full of familiar and hearty dishes. When it comes to breakfast, there’s a great continental buffet selection and cooked-to order breakfasts.

Family friendly, dogs are welcome to stay too.
