Oakdene Forest Park is set in 55 acres of landscaped parkland and borders the Avon Forest and unspoilt river meadows, with numerous lovely walks and cycle trails leading straight from the park into the forest, you can quickly reach nature reserves, country parks, local attractions and Forestry Commission land. Only 9 miles down the road is the seaside town of Bournemouth and its award winning sandy beaches.

Oakdene Forest Park is an ideal park for families, especially those with young children, with great on-park facilities, children's entertainment, special events and activities. Oakdene Forest Park boasts a child friendly pool and flume whilst the main pool is suitable for lengths during the adult only times. The Leisure Facilities offer a well equipped gym together with resistance and cardiovascular equipment.

Oakdene offers self catering holidays in a wide range of caravans (many brand new for 2017) or luxury Superior and Signature lodges with hot tubs. Self Catering Holidays - Weekly holidays available arriving on Friday or Monday. Short Breaks are 3 nights from a Friday or 4 nights from a Monday.
