This premium, modern home benefits from a wonderful sea view of the 3 needles off the coast of the Isle of White and along the coast to Bournemouth. It was set up for Holiday Lettings in April 2018.
The house sits over 3 floors (137.5m² / 1481 ft²). On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite), one faces the sea view and the other has French windows onto the patio in the rear garden, there is also a utility room with washing machine and extra fridge. On the 1st floor there is an open plan living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features NEFF ovens, wine fridge, under the counter fridge and separate freezer. Cupboards are fully equipped with utensils for every occasion, there is also a toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also a balcony off the living area to take in the lovely view with a Sundowner Gin and Tonic whilst watching the sun set behind Bournemouth. There is also a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor is a mezzanine floor bedroom with en-suite shower.
Each bedroom has beds that can either be superking or twins, so please specify what suits your stay. Bedroom 1 on the mezzanine also features a single sofa bed and Bed 2 also benefits a guest bed that is stored under the divan superking so the house sleeps 6 adults and 2 children comfortably.
The house has use of a garage and parking space outside the garage as well as first come first served access to a visitors spaces. There is an EV charger which can be used subject to discussion and fee.
The house is near the needles café, a busy hotspot for walkers and cyclists and it also has a children’s play area. A 5 to 10 minute walk in either direction along the coast takes you to a pub / restaurant and another 5-10 minute walk inland takes you to the heart of the village where there a many local amenities including coffee shops, restaurants (English, French, Thai, Indian) and newsagents and Co-Op, fruit & vegetable shop and alike.
From Milford-On-Sea there are some lovely coastal walks, why not try going through Keyhaven to Lymington.
Lymington and New Milton are 10 minute drives away for a wider shopping choice.
Milford-On-Sea has a pebble beach and just 20 minutes’ drive away Muddeford has a sandy beach.

Milford-On-Sea is easily accessible. It is about 40 minutes drive from the Lyndhurst turning off the M27.
From the A337 Lymington to Christchurch road turn onto the B5058 into Milford on Sea, turn left immeditely before the village green, left then right across the staggered cross roads into Sea Road.
There are trains to Lymington or New Milton, both 4-5 miles away.
Milford on Sea is served by the Wilts and Dorset X1 service from Bournemouth to Lymington.
