In 2020 we featured on James Martin's Islands to Highlands TV show - a brilliant experience, being on ITV1 three times in a year brought us to the attention of thousands more people. Our banquets in 2020 sold out quickly so we have added more dates and look forward to serving many more guests this summer.

Steak Club - Our exclusive, experimental steak experience. Ten fine cuts of beef presented with stock, feed, provenance, butchery, fire cooking and drink pairing in our exciting presentation dinner.

Our Four Course Fire Cooked Banquet menu
Slow cooked beef with woodland mushrooms and tender-stem broccoli, seared in teriyaki served on a bed of rocket.
Pork belly, slow cooked on our cross, glazed with soy, lemon, honey and spices and crisped in our chapa pan. With celery, cucumber, cress, scallion, parsley and toasted sesame seed salad.
Free range chicken smoked in our special wrought iron baskets, finished on the charcoal grill. Our signature dish has a deep garlic and chilli flavour and is basted throughout the cook with the finest mix of salt, oils, herbs and spices, served with summer salad, sweet coleslaw, spicy tomato salsa and fresh flatbread.
Salted caramel and nut slice, served with natural yogurt and sticky toffee sauce.
Bar service at the banquet, drinks are not included with your banquet experience ticket.
