The uninterrupted view of the open forest from the conservatory restaurant of The New Forest is a breathtaking must see for everyone. This flagship Fullers pub is situated just off the A35 and next to the railway station in Ashurst.

Head chef Billy sources the best of local produce and transforms basic ingredients into a wholesome and tantalising feast for all occasions. The menu also offers a fantastic selection of traditional pub fayre and sensational blackboard specials, including vegetarian choices and lite bites for those with a smaller appetite. The seasonal menu includes local game and a plethora of fresh fish side by side with traditional English food with enjoyable and healthy options for children.

The New Forest is the perfect place for a Sunday lunch to suit everyone's taste, alongside the menu and specials they also boast an excellent Carvery Sunday Roast, offering a selection of freshly cooked meats every week.

This traditional English country pub is set in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with sofas to relax on, and open log fires to warm your cockles by.
