Based in Hampshire, A Pinch of Salt is a curing company using free-range pork from small holders in the New Forest. The pork is produced by Alan Bartlett with recipes created by James Golding. We showcase our local cured meats by cooking them in our wood oven. We produce delicacies at local food festivals and can cater for private functions, weddings and celebrations.
