Thoughtfully and lovingly planted in recent years around an area of established lavender, the Gardener of this quintessentially English Garden has introduced a range of unusual and favourite herbaceous and annual plants.

Take time to wander along the grass pathways. Be intrigued by flowers you may not have seen before. Step back and admire the thousands of plants grown from seeds hand sown each spring. Find areas with perennials planted en masse and others with individual specimens in mixed borders.

Stroll around themed gardens including the White Garden, Dahlia Borders, the Pink Rose Garden and the Prairie plants found by the recently constructed clay lined pond.

Inhale and breathe in the sweet, calming lavender perfumed air.

Be entranced by the visual effect of the deep purple coloured flowers, clustered together, gradually opening one by one allowing access for bees and butterflies to feed.

We also have a wonderful cafe on site, where you can try out our famous scones (there is a sweet and a savoury option) or lavender shortbread. If you're feeling something extra take a look through our fantastic menu, where you will find some tasty lunch meals and snacks, including jacket potatoes, macaroni cheese, soup of the day and loads more. Melanie and her two daughters, Sarah and Debbie, pride themselves in baking all their own delicious homemade cakes and lunches, using delicious local produce where possible.... Find out more about our cafe here.

You can also have a look around our gift shop, where you can find some lovely presents for family and friends and make sure you treat yourself while you're there too!

There is so much to do at the New Forest Lavender Farm & it is perfect for all ages!

And it doesn't matter what the season is... the New Forest Lavender Farm is great to visit all year round.

Dogs are welcome on short leads.
