Based in the beautiful village of Milford on Sea The New Forest Paddle Sport Company offers you the chance to explore the stunning Keyhaven river and salt marshes with Hurst Castle and the scenic coastline of the New Forest by Stand Up Paddle Board or Kayak.
It really is the perfect place to start your paddling adventure!

If its your first time on a board or in a kayak thats not a problem! 

We run our very popular 1 hour taster sessions for SUP or Kayak on almost a daily basis weather and tide permitting. This 1 hour session is £20 per person includes our world leading equipment, buoyancy aids and instruction.

Our team of professional instructors will get you out on the water enjoying yourselves in no time!

For those of you looking at taking your Stand Up Paddle Boarding further we are a BSUPA School offering other lessons for adults in paddle boarding from beginners to racers alike!

Our 2 hour BSUPA Ready 2 Ride Course is designed for beginners to learn all the essentials to paddle by themsleves and continue there paddling journey either here with us or back home! The course is £50 for 2 hours and includes boards, bouyancy aids and instructor.

If you are looking for a family dayout with a difference then why not try our Castle experience.
We teamed up with Hurst Castle to offer a truly unique paddling experience!

You will start your journey with us on a  2 hour guided paddle from Keyhaven to Hurst Castle through the stunning salt marshes.
Once arriving at the Henry VIII castle you will have lunch provided from the castle fantastic cafe (We highly recommend the homemade cakes!) Once you have enjoyed lunch you are free to explore this amazing coastal fortress steeped in history before catching a ferry ride home!
Tours run April - October Fridays and Saturdays and pre-booking is essential
Adults £47.50 Children £37.50
All under 18's must be accompanied by a parent on the water.

If you have paddled before then we also offer hire of our world leading equipment from Starboard and Tootega.
Our paddle boards can be supplied Pumped up ready to go or in there rucksack for you to put in the car and go off and explore! For those of you with previous SUP experience we also offer hard boards for Surf, touring and race.

Kayak hire starts from £20 for 2 hours and Stand Up Paddle Board Hire from £25 for 2 hours all based at Keyhaven.
