During periods of lockdown all classes will be held online.

Our youth theatre offers fantastic opportunities for anyone aged 7-18 years (for ages 18-25 check out The Young Company at Forest Forge) to create dynamic ensemble performance. Learning theatre skills in a professional theatre environment, we encourage creative risks to help build confidence and self-esteem – whilst having fun!

Whether you are a keen actor, director, lighting/sound technician or stage manager, or maybe you are heading towards becoming a doctor, nurse, teacher or business leader, the skills you learn in youth theatre will help support you on that journey. Learn to perform, write, improvise, work as a team, listen, speak up, advocate, walk in someone else's shoes, sweep the floor, fail, pick your self up, try again, succeed, make friends, and take massive leaps of imagination and courage.

As well as in-house shows at our theatre in Ringwood, there are opportunities throughout the year to perform street theatre and site-specific work. During this unsettled time we will be regularly assessing when and how we can run performances throughout the year.

Our Youth Theatre runs in term time for 10 weeks and we welcome new members at any stage throughout the year. For photos of past shows please visit our Facebook page.
