Why not join us for 2 days of SUP at Hurst Castle!

​We are running our popular Stand Up Paddle Boarding Event at Hurst Castle on Saturday the 9th and Sunday the 10th of May 2020. In association with Hurst Marine and Starboard SUP UK.

We are offering a range of activities to suit everyone from novice to seasoned paddler!

Tickets DO NOT include entry to Hurst Castle.

If you wish to use the castle's toilets or cafe during the day you will need to pay an entry fee on the day.

Car Parking at Keyhaven will be very busy over the weekend so we recommend car sharing or walking to Keyhaven to avoid missing your session.

Sunday 11:30am

We will be running a SUP race from Hurst Castle around Keyhaven on the Sunday morning.
The course will be finalised on the day but we aim for the all round class to cover 6km and the race class 9km approx depending on conditions on the day.

There will be safety cover on the water.

You will need your own board unless you would like to demo a 2020 Starboard Race board.

We will have 4 Race Classes

All Round Class for Men and Ladies - Boards Under 12'5

Race Class for Men and Ladies - Boards 12'6 and above

Spaces will be capped at 40 in total spread between the classes.
Everyone's welcome!

Entry will include launching fee's from Keyhaven
Race Brief will be 11:30am for a 12pm Start.

Launch from Keyhaven or the cut bridge and paddle across to Hurst Castle. ​

For beginner paddlers getting up on a board for the first time

​All under 18's must have a parent on the water with them during the session.

The youngest we recommend for paddling on there own is 8 years old.

For paddlers looking at working on improving there skills

You can add as many activities from the list by purchasing another ticket for the chosen activity.

We may still have sessions available on the day to purchase for any last minute bookings.

All activities are pre-booked at set times when purchasing your tickets.

Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time before your session is due and that you have time between activities in case of sessions running late.


​You will need to wear clothing you don't mind getting wet and bring a change of clothes for afterwards.
