INSPIRE Weekend at St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery

10am – 4pm

St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery is throwing open its doors and inviting everyone in for the Inspire Weekend on 25 and 26 September - there will be FREE ENTRY all weekend for visitors to come in, explore, engage and find out more about what we do for the local community.

There is a full programme of activities through-out the weekend
• Live music on our terrace.
• Curator Gallery tours
• New exhibition Unsettled Landscapes: The Art of the Eerie
• Museum insights with our Director
• A fun packed hour of music making with the Galliard Ensemble (Sat 11am-12pm) in collaboration with The Solent Music Festival
• Hands on craft Activities
• A community artwork to reflect our space on the Solent within the New Forest.
• Enjoy peace and quiet in the Open Garden at Moore Barlow (Sun 1-4pm)

Such a lot going on, the good news is it's FREE, you can come in as many times as you want! We serve great coffee, speciality tea and delicious lunches in our Old School Café so you can recharge and relax whilst you wait for the next activity to start.
