Join us for our a Parkinson's Walks funded by the Tesco's Bags of Help campaign all in aid of Parkinson's Dance Class...

to optimise your experience of walking in our glorious landscape, we'll help you reduce muscle tension and increase free flowing energy with breath awareness exercises and gentle breath-led stretches before and during the walks. This will help relax the body and mind, enhancing your connection to the natural environment.



What to wear and bring?

Wrap up warm and bring your family for these all inclusive walks suitable for anyone. Bring water but refreshments will be provided free of charge at the finishing point.

How long does the walk last?

Approx 40 mins, there are plenty of stops and pick up points along the way as well as toilets and places to have a cuppa!
