Further details and some rules….
We cannot make substitutions or leave out individual ingredients, but we can cater to all dietary and allergy requirements. Due to the nature of how we cook and the equipment required we must know in advance, so please contact us to let us know.  We happily cater for vegetarians on our 4 course dining experience, however we cannot cater for vegetarians at this class.
Our premium steak club is reasonably long and tailored towards adults. We offer children's tickets to our 4 course events which start earlier and being shorter are more suitable for children.
We restrict the age of alcohol served and reserve the right to ask for ID for anyone under the age of 21.
We aim to begin the food service 30 minutes - 1 hour from the event start time and operate a continuous service. Due to this we may not be able to accommodate missed courses for latecomers but we will always do our best!
Our seating is in rustic woodland surroundings on uneven ground, please take the utmost care with your seating and walking around our site.
You will find suntan lotion & insect repellent located in our toilet if required.
Please get in touch with us for disabled access information as each venue will have different accessibility.
Unfortunately dogs or pets are not permitted.
If you cannot attend please contact us as soon as possible to refund or rearrange your booking to an alternative date. If you wish to cancel with less than 7 days notice we can offer a 50% refund of your booking value.
If the weather is not on our side we may take the decision to cancel the event the day before.  In this instance you will be given a full refund or a rebooking for a future event.
