Steve Knightley - Landlocked

About

In 2018 Steve Knightley will be joining us with new material for his solo 'Landlocked' tour. One half of the evening will feature original and traditional songs of the land and the second half will draw on his nautical themes. Knightley, who won the Best Original Song category at the 2010 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards for his biting, banker-baiting Arrogance, Ignorance and Greed, has been rated as "one of England's greatest singer songwriters" and has a prolific back catalogue of inspired songs including the rousing Country Life (about the demise of rural living) to Tall Ships (set in a West Country fishing village) and Roots and crowd pleasers like Santiago and his Cornish miners' song Cousin Jack.
