Back of Beyond Camping at St Leonard’s, near Ringwood have fantastic glamping facilities onsite so you can get the feel of camping but with a spot of luxury. Back of Beyond is located within a beautiful 30 acres of Dorset countryside, with onsite lakes and is a spacious and relaxing place to stay. This site is also for over 18s only. They have loads of different glamping choices for you, including 4 glamping pods. The pods are so comfy and wonderfully decorated and they have a double bed and kitchen facilities, as well as heating, lighting and private decks! One of the glamping pods is also dog friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friend on holiday with you. They also have two wonderful wooden lodges available, with beautiful French windows leading onto private decks complete with tables, chairs and lounges. Their luxury yurt is the definition of cosy, with plenty of room to relax and unwind, it even has a wood burner inside!
New for 2019 are their amazing shepherds huts that are perfect for a romantic getaway. As well as a comfy bed, kitchen facilities and warming décor, both shepherds huts also have a wood burner, solar power and a deck round the back of the shepherds hut, where you can enjoy the stream. Dogs are also welcome in the huts!
Red Shoot Camping Park now also have a beautiful river keeper's hut, which has also been built in 2019! This hut has everything you need for the perfect break away in the New Forest… including the kitchen sink. Located in a peaceful area deep in the forest with wonderful forest pathways just over the road and next door to a great local pub, this is a great place for a relaxing stay.
Another place where you can go glamping is Sopley Farm. This is another very peaceful setting, the perfect place to relax and chillout. At Sopley Farm you also have the choice of multiple glamping experiences. Stay in a log cabin or shepherds hut! Both of these options sleep up to 4 people in a comfy environment – dogs are allowed too! Or, try out their camping pod – sleeping 2 people, with its own sink and basic electricity (enough to power a kettle or hairdryer). Campfires are allowed when staying at Sopley Farm, providing that you pay the additional fee to do so. This is another adult-only glamping choice!
